Teens can no longer roam the mall freely at Towson Town Center in Maryland. Kids under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone 21 or over after 5p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings. Police and security are now checking ID at the door. You can obtain a wristband to allow you to shop if you're between the ages of 18 and 21.
